Description * This role is primarily responsible for configuring devices using Intune and AutoPilot, and providing desk-side support to end users. * The technician will serve as the primary IT point of contact at the plant, with a backup available. * Expected workload: 60% configuration work, 40% end-user support. * Provide technical support and guidance to users via email, phone, and in-person. * Evaluate, prioritize, and track incoming tickets and issues. * Perform warm handoffs to escalate issues when necessary. * Maintain and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and scanners. * Ensure systems are patched, monitored, and documented according to standards. * Participate in testing and feedback for new technologies. * Create and maintain technical documentation. * Travel to local and remote sites (approx. 25%) for support and quarterly all-hands meetings. Additional Skills & Qualifications 2-5 years of relevant IT support experience. Formal education is not a major concern; Associate's degree or certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) are a plus. Strong customer service skills and ability to work on the manufacturing floor. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
