Job Title: Deployment Technician (On-Site - Hartford, CT) Location: Hartford CT Schedule: Monday-Friday, Full-Time (Flexible between 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 8-hour shifts) Pay Rate: $18-$22 per hour (based on experience) Position Summary: We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Deployment Technician to support daily IT asset operations at our Hartford Home Office. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain more experience in IT, especially those with a background in warehouse operations and a passion for technology. Key Responsibilities: * Receive and process new equipment orders on-site. * Image and prepare reclaimed (re-deployable) assets. * Build systems with required software and applications. * Tag and scan devices for return processing. * Assist with inventory management of new, redeployable, and disposal equipment. * Conduct data center inventory using customer-provided tools and training. * Separate hardware by disposition (redeploy/disposal). * Perform on-site data erasure (data sanitization). * Prepare equipment for pickup or shipping. * Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace. * Escalate issues to the Program Supervisor as needed. * Support additional technical tasks as agreed upon by the customer and supplier. Requirements: * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. * Ability to operate a pallet jack. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment. * Ideal candidate has experience in both warehouse operations and IT support. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
