Description Greenville County School is the School District is the largest school district in South Carolina having a total of 101 schools and centers serving over 76,000 students. During the start of the school year Greenville County School's ATS (Technology Services) brings on 2 contract technicians to support their ramp up. The contract will be a minimum of 4 weeks but could go up to 8. The contractors will be working with a lead tech to travel amongst the district sites to ensure that the classrooms are set up and fully functioning to include Promethean Boards, computers, laptops, printers, A/V equipment etc. The majority of the contract will be following VERY DETAILED instructions for plugging in devices and ensuring they are working properly. If the equipment isn't working they MAY need to be able to troubleshoot the problem and/or report it to ensure the next level of support is aware of the issue. They could be changing out hardware as well. There may be a chance these consultants need to help with repairing chrome books.
