Overview: This position provides leadership, direction, and management control for a functional area of the facility maintenance department assigned to a hospital campus. The assigned hospital campus will include clinics, and other off campus properties assigned to the main hospital campus. This position may also provide leadership for other support service departments such as HTM, Food Services, Environmental Services, Public Safety, Safety, and Emergency Management as required by Mercy Health. This role is responsible for ensuring effective management of the functional area supporting an exceptional Environment of Care for Mercy Health. Scope of responsibility includes hospital campus, clinics and other properties owned or leased within a specific Mercy Hospital Community. Minimum Qualifications: Education:

Preferred Qualifications: Education: 2-year degree in HVAC, Industrial Electricity, or Refrigeration. Experience:Healthcare experience preferred. 5 years supervising facility maintenance staff.
