Hiring a Site Directorto lead operations at its manufacturing facility in New Port Richey, FL. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the site's production, warehousing, logistics, scheduling, quality, safety, and workforce management.

Looking for someone with strong experience in Lean Manufacturing and has worked in any of the following manufacturing environments (Injection molding, blow molding, FMCG, Electronics, Toys, Capping)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the overall operations of the facility to meet production goals, cost targets, and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Build and sustain a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive lean manufacturing and process improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning, capital projects, and long-term business goals.
  • Ensure site compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, engaged workforce.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a plant/site management capacity.
  • Experience in consumer products, plastics, or promotional products manufacturing is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success leading cross-functional teams in a high-volume production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and operational best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
