Hourly Pay Range:

$42.54 - $65.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Supervisor, Rehabilitation Services - Inpatient Rehab Services - Days

Position Highlights:

  • Position: Supervisor, Rehabilitation Services
  • Location: Skokie Hospital
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time - 40 hours
  • Hours: Day shift, roughly 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday
  • Required Travel: n/a

What you will do:

  • Manage the daily operations of Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy services at Skokie Hospital.
  • Develop, monitor and adjust performance improvement initiatives
  • Responsible for hiring, orienting, supervision and professional development of staff throughout three levels of leadership
  • Provide quality therapy evaluations and treatment services to acute care patients
  • Establish good working relationships with department leaders
  • Promote the role of therapy services within the organization

What you will need:

  • License: Licensed as a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) or Speech Therapist (ST) in the State of IL
  • Education: Graduate from a school of Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy with a Bachelor of Science or Masters Degree from an approved APTA, AOTA, or ASHA accredited college or university.
  • Certification: CPR certification required
  • Experience: Minimum of three years' clinical experience in PT, OT or ST and one-year supervisory experience required
  • Skills: Advanced level of knowledge and skills in specialty. Able to provide positive leadership in guiding employees and conflict resolution
