As part of CEVA's multi-year deployment of Manhattan WMS and OMS platforms across our North American 3PL warehouse network, we are seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer Lead - Process Focused to manage and guide a team of Implementation Engineers. This leader will ensure process standardization, configuration integrity, and deployment consistency at each operational site.

YOUR ROLE

As the Implementation Engineer Lead - Process Focused, you will manage a team of engineers responsible for defining, documenting, and deploying process-based configurations of the Manhattan WMS and OMS platforms. You will act as the central coordination point between business requirements, system capabilities, and operational execution-ensuring scalable, repeatable deployments across multiple warehouse operations.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Team Leadership & Oversight



  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Process-Focused Implementation Engineers across concurrent deployment efforts.
  • Oversee prioritization of engineering workstreams, ensuring project deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct regular team reviews to assess deliverables, escalate issues, and optimize resource allocation.
  • Develop and enforce standards for SOPs, process documentation, and system instruction sets across the program.


Process Design & System Integration



  • Guide your team in translating warehouse and order management operational processes into Manhattan Active system configurations.
  • Provide leadership and subject matter expertise on best practices for process design, testing, and documentation.
  • Ensure consistency in implementation approaches across different customers and warehouse types.
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex configuration or process issues during implementation.


Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Collaborate closely with Super User Team Managers, Deployment Project Managers, and the Training team to align implementation efforts.
  • Support the integration of Manhattan WMS/OMS systems with customer IT and automation platforms.
  • Represent the engineering team in governance meetings, deployment planning, and issue resolution forums.


Continuous Improvement & Scalability



  • Drive the development of a centralized library of standardized, validated process flows and SOPs for future deployments.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce rework, and streamline process documentation.
  • Capture and apply lessons learned from each deployment to improve team capabilities and tools.



WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

Education & Experience



  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics process design, or systems deployment.
  • Minimum 3+ years of direct experience with Manhattan WMS and/or OMS platforms (Active or WMOS).
  • Prior experience managing teams or leading process/engineering workstreams in large-scale deployments.
  • Background in 3PL or high-volume distribution environments preferred.


Skills & Competencies



  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide technical contributors.
  • Expert-level process mapping and documentation capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of Manhattan WMS/OMS modules and how they support operational processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills across functional and technical audiences.
  • Proficiency in Visio, Lucidchart, Confluence, Microsoft Office, and related tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support project execution across North America.
