* Agile knowledge - 1 years * Project Lead/Management - 1 year *Responsibilities:* * Oversee 1 big project and a few smaller projects at a given time. Act as the Sprint Lead to fulfill project responsibilities. There is not a traditional sprint lead or PO under this position. *Team Structure:* * 3 Project Leads ("Sprint Lead") * 1 Project Manager * 1 Program Manager *Other Notes:* * Project management experience isn't required, but HIGHLY preferred. Looking at people with application development backgrounds. Marketing, digital, communications, infra, etc. won't be as relevant * Soft skills and coordination experience are more important than GPA * Agile environment *Essential Functions* * Coordinate work for projects involving multiple team members * Create and execute project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements * Help identify resources needed and work with leaders to assign individual tasks * Prepare and review project related documents prepared by the team before passing along to stakeholders * Effectively apply project management methodologies and best practices * Perform risk analysis and recommend actions to mitigate risk * Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately * Ensure that projects meet stakeholder objectives *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
