Make banking a Fifth Third better GENERAL FUNCTION: Work with multiple lines of business and other functional partners to identify, plan, manage, implement and track the benefits of efforts to lean internal processes, delivering operational efficiency, improved customer and user experiences, and enhanced quality of results. This position requires experience performing business process analysis, utilizing lean process improvement methods and executing thoughtful change management through coaching and influential leadership. Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience all while operating within the Bank's risk appetite.
