What to Expect
We are seeking a Production Control Supervisor to support operations at both Kato and Santa Clara warehouse locations, collaborating with various internal departments to ensure the availability of required materials for cell manufacturing. This role demands a strong presence on the floor at both sites as needed, along with deep expertise in supply chain planning and procurement. As production volume increases, flexibility to work across locations will be critical to achieving quarterly and annual production goals.
What You'll Do
- Demonstrate flexibility to work between Kato and Santa Clara locations to support quarterly and annual production goals
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including receiving, stocking, shipping, and all transactions related to inbound and outbound activities
- Collaborate with third-party vendors, internal and external logistics, and quality teams to ensure seamless operations
- Train and assist team members in locating and procuring indirect products as necessary
- Optimize space utilization within the distribution center to enhance efficiency
- Ensure warehouse staff perform timely receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory to store locations and external customers
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to keep all parties informed of inventory and shipping status
What You'll Bring
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience in a high-volume distribution environment and 2 years of proven leadership in warehouse and distribution
- Proficiency in inventory planning systems, including ERP and WMS platforms
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on ability to understand material handling processes at all levels
- Experience and certification in operating mobile industrial equipment
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a process-driven mindset
- Must have command of the English language, both written and verbal
Essential Physical Demands:
- Standing and walking frequently to navigate the production floor or facility
- Lifting and moving items up to 35 lbs. on an occasional basis
- Reaching and handling objects using hands and arms as needed
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally to inspect or access areas
- Working in environments with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, odors, heat, or cold
- Operating equipment or machinery as required by specific tasks

Expected Compensation
$80,000 - $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
