What to Expect The Onboarding Coordinator is part of a larger Training team supporting and influencing the Tesla culture at Gigafactory Nevada. What You'll Do Facilitate production process training, new hire onboarding, coordinate with leads on training plans, schedules, new/cross training; Emphasize safety, quality, productivity Work hands-on in production to understand processes and improve training. Relay updated processes and documentation In-depth knowledge of MOS transactions to track production processes.
