  Conceptualize, design, and engineer seating system parts and products to meet safety, functionality, and comfort targetsDefine problems, set targets, and develop product strategies through concept generation and evaluationBalance and manage product attributes including aesthetics, cost, mass, schedule, and sustainabilityConduct validation and optimization using prototypes, physical testing, CAE simulations, and design reviewsCreate 3D models, 2D drawings, and detailed designs with datum, fixation strategies, GD&T, and DFM considerationsProduce technical documentation for official communication and milestone managementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of seating systems within vehicle architectureWhat You'll Bring
 
  Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 7 years of experience in mechanical design or related engineering fieldsDemonstrated experience in design engineering with a focus on multidisciplinary engineeringHands-on experience in building or prototyping physical productsProficiency in hand-sketching as a form of engineering communicationBackground in automotive engineering with seating experience preferred but not mandatoryStrong organizational skills for managing schedules and milestonesEvidence of exceptional ability in problem-solving and innovationCompensation and Benefits
