What to Expect The Claims Supervisor/Team Lead is responsible for coaching and developing a team of 8-10 claims representatives/specialists tasked with the management, investigation, and resolution of claims. This role ensures a high-quality work product while fostering talent development through active involvement in the selection of top talent. The Team Lead promotes a culture of claims customer service excellence, driving commitment to delivering a differentiated customer experience.
