What to Expect Join Tesla's Autopilot Technical Operations team and become part of the backbone that powers the future of autonomous driving. As part of the Tech Ops Team, you'll be at the intersection of cutting-edge technology and operational excellence, supporting the teams that are revolutionizing transportation. While being an integral part of the 24/7 Autopilot Dispatch team, you'll collaborate directly with all other parts of Tech Ops - from teams overseeing our extensive Autopilot test fleet and managing critical data collection to the engineers pioneering revolutionary technologies like FSD and Robotaxi - while implementing solutions that drive efficiency throughout Tech Ops.
