These team members work closely with journeyman electricians - seasoned experts who lead, mentor, and deliver quality work on complex industrial projects. Journeyman Electricians collaborate daily with foremen and site superintendents to coordinate work, manage risk, and keep jobs moving safely and efficiently. Across every role, safety is nonnegotiable. Every team member is expected to followsafetyrequirements, use PPE properly, and uphold Interstates' ZeroInjury expectations. Qualifications Education & Experience We are seeking licensed Journeyman Electricians with industrial experience who are open to national travel and interested in using, or learning, BIM/VDC tools for project coordination. Required:

Location &Travel Expectations
Work Schedule Start times, break times and work hours vary per site and stage of our projects. Our employees are expected to work overtime as needed but no more than 60, as part of our commitment to safety. Due to the type of construction, weekend work maybe required on occasion. Work Environment This role involves active industrial construction work, including exposure to heights, confined spaces, dust, outdoor conditions, and moderate noise levels. Journeymen are expected to follow all safety requirements, use PPE properly, and always uphold Interstates' ZeroInjury expectations.
