The Role: As the Executive Director Clinical Education RN for the Central Division, you will spearhead transformative strategies that align, standardize, and continuously enhance Clinical Professional Practice and Clinical Operations. Positioned as a key architect in our healthcare ecosystem, you will design and coordinate cutting-edge clinical care delivery systems, setting benchmarks for quality care outcomes and operational efficiency. You'll lead the charge in executing learning operations for clinical staff, fostering academy affiliations, and managing the residency/fellowship program. Your leadership will be pivotal in nurturing a shared governance model, refining clinical peer feedback, evolving clinical policies, and boosting clinical productivity.
