As a Talent Enablement Senior Specialist, and a member of the global Talent Development Center of Expertise, you will provide knowledge and expertise in Talent Practice process strategy, definition and development, project management, embedding and leveraging competency-based talent tools and resources, stakeholder and change management. The scope of the role may include onboarding, performance management, talent and succession planning, individual development planning/career development, and mentoring. What You Will Be Doing: As Talent Enablement Senior Specialist, in partnership with the Sr. Manager of Talent Enablement, you will lead the design, planning and implementation of key talent initiatives in support of our dynamic and rapidly growing, global business.
