Job Details
Plans, designs, and prepares engineering construction documents relating to additions, alterations, and renovations. Performs design efforts (mechanical or electrical) under the general supervision of the Design Manager and under the technical oversight of higher-level designers and engineering professionals. This sequence of job titles is structured to reflect an employee's increasing technical capabilities in the fields of either mechanical or electrical engineering. QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Master's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is preferred for all job titles but may be waived due to related work experience in design of mechanical/electrical systems for buildings in accordance with the following schedule: Job Title Education Work Experience Engineer Master's 4 years engineering design Bachelor's Degree 8 years engineering design Associate's Degree 12years engineering design High School Diploma 16 years engineering design Salary Range: Minimum 26.12/hour - Maximum 43.11/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
