eCommerce Operations Manager

Acara Solutions is seeking an eCommerce Operations Manager to work with our client headquartered in Boston, MA. This position is 100% remote.
Pay: $30 - $50/hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Job Type: 6 month contract
Purpose:
Maintain storefront operational health and excellence, owning catalog management, content
publishing, promotions, SKU launches, and escalation management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily catalog updates, content changes, and product launches.
* Execute promotions setup, coupon codes, QA, and site content updates across Toast
Shop and in-product placements.
* Own escalation processes for order issues, open order management, and site bugs.
* Serve as primary liaison for eCommerce customer support workflows, including returns
and RMA flow optimization.
* Build operational documentation, workflows, and training guides for internal teams.
Job Requirements
Skills/Experience
* 2-6+ years in eCommerce operations, merchandising operations, or digital content
management.
* Deep experience with eCommerce platforms (Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud,
Shopify, etc.).
* Excellent attention to detail, process management, and cross-functional coordination
skills.
* Familiarity with customer service escalation flows and returns/RMA best practices a plus.
