We are building our Health Solutions team with the best talent and will consider great candidates in our Columbus or Cleveland, OH offices. This is a hybrid role.

What the day will look like

As the Lead Consultant, you'll support the Account Executive, taking ownership and accountability for projects and deliverables. This position includes delegation of assignments to team members and peer review of their work, but also involves being actively involved in performing analysis, drafting client presentations, participating in client meetings, and identifying client needs for other services. This position will serve as the primary day-to-day vendor and/or client contact.

Additionally, the Health Solutions Senior Consultant will

• Coordinate with internal resources including Centers of Excellence, audit, legal, and specialized broking teams
• Facilitate communication with external stakeholders and vendor partners
• Draft and manage project plans
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior colleague

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Bring your 5-10 years of experience in group health and benefits consulting, or a related industry, with a robust understanding of benefits
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time
• Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Strong communication and presentation skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience
• Must have appropriate insurance license/life and health (can be fulfilled post-hire)

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $90,000-$120,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any [bonus] [production incentives] varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
