Accounts Payable/Receivable Processor

Acara Solutions is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate for our client in San Leandro, CA!

We are seeking qualified candidates with:

• Accounts payable/Reciveable experience, preferably with a manufacturing organization
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills

Here's what you'll do:

• Provide financial, administrative and clerical support in the accounts payable, receivable, and general accounting area.
• Receive, match, process, and pay vendor invoices, bills, and other transactions.
• Resolve outstanding payment issues through working with Vendors, Procurement, Shipping/Receiving, and Quality Control.
• Support Accounting staff members and perform other duties as assigned.

Position Type: Contract (6 months)

Pay: $25 to $30/hr. **Depending on experience

Schedule: M-F 9/80 schedule - off every other Friday **100% Onsite

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in accounts payable or an accounting environment.
• Minimum 2 years' experience using Microsoft Office.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience with a manufacturing company.
• Experience with Cost Point or any ERP software.

Additional Information:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person due to ITAR regulations.
