Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work on-site with our customer in Merritt Island, FL Interested?
Here's what you'd do:
  • Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision
  • Performs bench-type processes to complete assemblies and sub-assemblies using various hand, power, and marking tools, as well as measuring instruments
  • The worker performs bench-type processes to remove and/or disassemble parts to clean, repair, or rework them
  • Report defective materials and supply or production problems to his or her supervisor immediately
  • Read and interpret blueprints or diagrams and other materials to determine the type and configuration of the part assembly process and is responsible for following the appropriate build document, or in the absence of a build document, the proper document procedure without deviation. Problems with a build document or procedure should be brought to management immediately
  • Use proper test equipment to ensure the reliability and quality of their finished work; and may operate pneumatic and hand tools in addition to tape measure, calipers, and other quality measuring equipment
  • Maintain the work area by keeping equipment clean and the workstation orderly
  • Performs the required preventative maintenance on tools/equipment as required
  • Follows the prescribed safety regulations for the use of equipment and chemicals (adhesives, solvents, lubricants, epoxies, paints, etc.) while performing daily tasks.
  • Works with team members to develop process improvement methods and strives to contain costs and reduce waste.
  • Contributes to a positive work environment and assists other departments or workers to meet production goals.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $15.50/hr
Hours: Monday-Thursday (5am-330pm)
Length: Temp to Perm

  • 3 months Manufacturing experience (larger Assembly)

Additional Information:
  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen
  • Must be able to lift up to 35lbs
  • The facility has two building, one is climate controlled the other is not
