As the division grows, we are searching for an Associate Director, Stewardship and Administration to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Donor Relations, the Associate Director for Stewardship and Administration will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing meaningful programs that enhance the experience of Carnegie Mellon supporters and provide critical information about the impact of their gifts to the university. In collaboration with University Advancement colleagues, gift officers, college partners, and divisional and university leadership, this position develops strategies for and manages the execution of donor relations programs, including fund administration, professorships, capital projects, and various initiatives such as stewardship and impact reporting, and other donor communications. In addition, this team member will play a key role in endowment reporting and scholarship and fellowship impact reporting. The Associate Director will join a high-performing team charged with strengthening relationships with CMU supporters and continually improving the experiences and communications we provide them.
