Salary Range Starting at: $20.00 per hour Job Overview: Our Maintenance and custodial Supervisor will maintain and oversee The Salvation Army Indiana Divisional Headquarters' grounds, building, quarters and equipment to ensure that facilities are safe and functional; negotiate contacts with service providers, ensure facilities meet safety regulations and coordinate renovations and updates. What You Will Do:
Minimum Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the minimal education, experience, skills, and/or abilities required for this position. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Background Checks: Position requires a background check to be completed, and all background check results will be reviewed. Experience: Prior management experience in related field preferred. Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver's qualification standard; must complete Safe From Harm training within the first 90 days of employment. Skills/Abilities:

Travel: Pick-up or delivery of items in TSA vehicles. Travel to various TSA events and units statewide as needed. Working Conditions: Work is performed in a typical office/ maintenance environment with exposure to fumes, dust, steam, water and chemicals. Exposure to all weather conditions.
