Staffmark is seeking an experienced Sales and Catering Manager to join a boutique hotel in downtown Naples, FL. You'll lead the charge in securing group and catering business, managing events from inquiry to execution, and ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction. From corporate functions to weddings, you'll help create seamless, memorable experiences while driving revenue.

Salary: $55,000-$59,000/year

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM (50 hours/week) | Some Saturdays required for events

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Generate new business through sales calls, networking, and referrals
  • Manage full event planning: room blocks, BEOs, menus, vendors
  • Maintain client records and coordinate with hotel departments
  • Ensure smooth event execution and strong client relationships
  • Support sales goals, attend community events, and contribute to marketing efforts



Who We're Looking For:



  • 2-3 years of hotel sales or event planning experience
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Familiarity with event software (Delphi, Opera preferred)
  • Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
