We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team! Schedules Available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift availability Pay: Based on experience Key Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production equipment to ensure smooth, efficient operations Perform minor maintenance and service to keep machines running reliably Read and interpret blueprints and layouts with accuracy and attention to detail Work independently while following detailed directions and company procedures Lift and carry materials (up to 50lbs) as needed throughout the shift Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in line with housekeeping standards Collaborate with your team to meet safety, quality, and production goals Bend, stoop, twist, and perform other physical tasks as required for the role Take pride in consistent attendance, safety practices, and quality performance Perform other duties as assigned to support overall team success Qualifications: Mechanical aptitude and experience working with machinery Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow established processes Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork Employee benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, short-term disability, 401k plans, weekly pay available every Friday, referral bonus potential, and employee discount programs.
