Join the Road Crew - Direct Hire + Per Diem + Premium Equipment



Ready to trade in everyday freight for a once-in-a-lifetime ride? Staffmark is hiring experienced CDL A OTR Drivers to join the road crew for national concert tours. Haul the gear that powers some of the biggest names in music-from stages and lighting to sound systems-and see the country while doing it.

This is a direct hire opportunity with a well-known entertainment logistics company. You'll drive top-of-the-line Class A equipment, get paid per diem (even on home time), and know your routes at least 72 hours in advance.

What You'll Haul:

Band equipment, staging, lighting, and audio gear for major concert tours with a tractor trailer.

Schedule: Open/flexible. Trips vary based on tour schedules. You'll receive notice at least 72 hours in advance.

Pay: $1,100 - $1,500/week

Key Responsibilities:



  • Safely operate Class A tractor-trailers for regional and cross-country routes
  • Haul sensitive, high-value freight for concerts and live events
  • Complete CDL logs, pre-/post-trip inspections, and basic vehicle maintenance
  • Communicate closely with dispatch about schedules, weather, and routing
  • Follow all DOT, FMCSA, and internal safety policies
  • Deliver outstanding customer service during load-in/load-out and on-site operations




Qualifications:



  • CDL A license
  • 2+ years of OTR experience
  • Clean MVR
  • Valid passport (Canada travel required)
  • Dependability, professionalism, and a rockstar attitude
