Overview The Security Professional position is an integral position working in the ever growing, Industrial Security Compliance Office (ISCO). In this position, you will be investigating classified mishandlings as well as a wide variety of duties that deal with Administrative Inquiries. You will be required to be familiar with the industrial security requirements of the 32 CFR Part 17: National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) Rule and assist in areas where directed by supervision. Other aspects of this job are educating other departments and vendors on how to prevent classified mishandlings (i.e. provide training material, in person briefings, teleconferences). The Security Professional will provide support to ensure full compliance with the NISPOM Rule and responsibilities will include various aspects of physical security operations including:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
