Acumen Solutions, Inc. (a Salesforce company) seeks Senior Technical Architect in Mclean, VA:

Job Duties: Assess the customer's needs and provide guidance on the execution of application development and optimization, technical and functional design, implementation, and deployment best practices. Architect and design custom solutions for key customers; ensure there is no conflict with Salesforce core functionality, managed packages, or customer-specific customizations. Troubleshoot and resolve critical bugs, including customer installation issues and error messages. Support and advise Enterprise level accounts on custom development solutions to support their Salesforce and applications. Engage in key technical meetings with customers and colleagues and act as technical leader with subcontracted development teams. Partner with colleagues and key customers for critical knowledge transfer and stabilization activities post implementation for smooth transition to support. Full-time telecommuting permitted.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Product Development; (2) Product Implementation; (3) Product Management; (4) Customer Service Experience; (5) Software Development; (6) Salesforce Platform; (7) Force.com platform; (8) Requires two years of experience in non-profit and higher education market; (9) .Net; and (10) Relational Databases. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Full-time telecommuting permitted.

Salary: $167,300.00 - $276,100.00 per annum.
