Salesforce Inc. seeks CCE Engineer MTS in San Francisco, CA:

Job Duties: Investigate, reproduce, and diagnose complex issues affecting our customers. Solve tough technical problems and recommend improvements to products and processes. Identify root causes, propose test cases and fixes, and develop new debugging tools while working closely with product teams. Provide timely information to customer facing teams to improve overall customer satisfaction. Mentor Technical Support on technical issues and standard processes. Form collaboration across Customer Services, R&D, and data center operations as a technical guide. Participate in the team's on-call rotation to address complex problems in real-time and keep services operational and highly available. Develop high-quality, production ready Tools that can be used by internal users. Work closely with multi-functional teams across geographies. Telecommuting is an option.

Minimum Requirements: Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field) or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field.

A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).

Special Skill Requirements: (1) Object-oriented programming (Java and Python); (2) SOAP and REST APIs; (3) Software Quality and Testing; (4) SQL; (5) Amazon Web Services (AWS); (6) Database Management Systems; (7) Integration; (8) Machine Learning; (9) Oracle; (10) XML; (11) ETL technologies. Any suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable. Telecommuting is an option.

Salary: $155,605.00 - $188,600.00 per annum.
