Enterprise Solution Architect

Job Title: Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect (AI/Data Platform)
Location: Onsite - 4 days/week

We're seeking a Senior Enterprise Solutions Architect to join a high-impact team. This role is focused on building a cutting-edge knowledge platform that supports both internal and external use cases, including internal knowledge hubs and future-facing AI-powered tools across business verticals.

You will join an already-in-progress initiative to design and implement enterprise-scale solutions that bridge data, AI/LLM, and cross-functional business needs. This role requires a technically strong individual who is adaptable, cross-platform, and experienced in leading complex projects through collaboration with architecture, InfoSec, and business teams.

• Lead and contribute to 2-3 enterprise-level projects, focusing on data architecture, modeling, and integration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Work on cross-platform enterprise architecture - not tied to a single technology.
• Design and implement data solutions using Azure ecosystem (Azure Data Factory, Data Lakes, Databricks).
• Contribute to development and refinement of AI/LLM-powered features using tools like OpenAI, Gemini models, and Microsoft Azure ML.
• Help shape the evolving enterprise knowledge platform - internal content management, knowledge tools, and long-term external capabilities.
• Join projects midstream and quickly ramp up to deliver impact from day one.
• Maintain a balance of 70% hands-on technical work and 30% leadership/management.
• Stay current with AI and platform trends to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

• 8-10 years of overall experience in software/data engineering or enterprise architecture (lesser experience considered for exceptional candidates).
• Proven experience with 3-4 enterprise-level applications/projects.
• Strong experience with Azure (especially Data Factory, Data Lake, Databricks).
• Proficiency in Python, particularly in data and modeling workflows.
• Experience working with large-scale data systems, data modeling, and enterprise data frameworks.
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI platforms like OpenAI or Gemini.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work onsite 4 days/week.

• Prior experience working in banking or financial services.
• Self-starter who can adapt to evolving requirements and changing technologies.
• Not rigid - open to ambiguity and able to pivot based on business priorities.
• Experience collaborating with global teams (e.g., India/Chennai).

• You'll work closely with 2 architects onsite and 1 architect in Chennai.
