Job Description:

Drives improvements to complex organizational HR process systems by reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating HR systems user needs. Performs detailed requirements analysis, document processes, and perform user acceptance in order to understand the problem, formulate the requirements and deliver the solution. Oversees the HR Knowledge content process with HR subject matter experts. Provides guidance to other team members as needed.

Principle Responsibilities

  • HR technology platform program administration
    • Identifies and defines business requirements and improvement opportunities.
    • Constructs workflow charts and diagrams.
    • Manages complex requirement conflicts and escalates complex to highly complex requirement conflicts to senior level staff.
    • Implements, modifies, tests, and administers business system applications under minimal supervision.
    • Improve current systems by studying current practices and designing modifications.
    • Documents and communicates processes in need of improvement.
    • Partner with appropriate IT resources to ideate and implement ServiceNow improvements that benefit HR workflows.
  • Customer management and support
    • Works with the HR subject matter experts to analyze ServiceNow usage and improvements.
    • Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
    • Leads as a liaison between technical support and HR SMEs and managers to report and resolve problems.
    • Supports business transition and helps to establish change.
    • Conducts analysis of business user needs and revises documentation as necessary.
    • Provides end user support as needed.
    • Manages customer relationships in relation to their ServiceNow needs.
    • Coordinates, leads and trains on customer testing of system functionality and usability.
    • Provides support and maintenance for users of the application.
  • Knowledge Base work
    • Documents workflows and processes using specifications from business owners, other team members and other subject matter experts.
    • Develops content within existing knowledge base, as assigned.
    • Maintains knowledge base content and meets service level timelines for publishing updates.
    • Leads the Knowledge Base governance process.
  • Project management
    • Manages small to medium size projects, develops project plans, and monitors project performance.
    • Prioritizes initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description
  • 5+ years of experience working in a case management system, whether HR or other disciplines

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Information Technology, Communications, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience with coordinating and supporting HR content on various platforms (case management system, company intranet, etc.)

Pay Range

Pay Range: $37.67 to $51.63 per hour The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
