This Position reports to:

GBS HR Expert Services Global Mobility M

We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative team member to join our Global Mobility Policy Support function. In this role, you will contribute to the documentation, analysis, education, and implementation of global mobility policies across the organization. You will work closely with the Global Mobility team to gather information from internal stakeholders, synthesize country-level inputs, and help coordinate the rollout of policies, training, and communications.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone curious and organized who wants to gain experience in how global companies manage international assignments, cross-border employment, and international HR policies.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Policy Research & Analysis
You will collect and organize global mobility policies and practices from country HR teams and business units, particularly related to foreign permanent hires. You'll engage with internal stakeholders to understand local policy rationale, history, and exceptions, and compare and synthesize findings to identify trends, gaps, and inconsistencies. You'll also maintain a centralized, well-organized repository of country-specific documentation.

Implementation & Education Support
You'll support the creation of communication materials, presentations, and FAQs for policy rollouts. You'll help coordinate training sessions, stakeholder meetings, and policy reviews, document feedback, and track follow-up actions. You will also assist with change management activities related to new processes and ensure internal resources (like intranet pages or HR portals) are kept up to date.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
You'll work closely with the Global Mobility and HR teams to promote knowledge-sharing and alignment. You'll support cross-functional projects involving mobility, tax, legal, and compliance, and contribute to internal capability-building by identifying and addressing areas in need of clarification or education.

  • Interest in international HR, global policy, or cross-border employment practices

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required):

  • Studies or experience in HR, international business, communication, or project coordination

  • Familiarity with policy writing, documentation, or internal communication

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed, or corporate environment

Work Arrangement:
This is a remote position with flexible working arrangements. You'll collaborate virtually with the Global Mobility and HR teams worldwide.
