  • Day Shift:Monday-Friday, 5:50 AM - 2:20 PM
  • Swing Shift:Monday-Friday, 1:50 PM - 10:20 PM -$1.25/hour shift differential
  • Graveyard Shift:Sunday-Thursday, 9:50 PM - 6:20 AM -$1.50/hour shift differential

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Maintenance Mechanic III at our Portland Distribution Center, you'll play a critical role in keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll maintain and repair a variety of equipment, with a focus on conveyor and sorter systems, ensuring everything from motors to lighting and plumbing is in top shape.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on warehouse and office equipment, including conveyors, forklifts, racking, lighting, fire protection, and plumbing systems.
  • Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance activities.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor/Manager in a safe and timely manner.
  • Occasionally perform light janitorial duties and other facility-related tasks.
  • Lift and carry up to 40 pounds regularly.
  • Foster open, positive communication across departments to support smooth operations.
WHO YOU ARE
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving environment.
  • A strong collaborator who communicates effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Able to manage time and workload efficiently under pressure.
WHAT YOU BRING
  • 5-7 years of experience maintaining warehouse equipment.
  • Solid understanding of safety protocols including hazard communication, lockout/tagout, and emergency procedures.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, stand for long periods, and move freely throughout the facility.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools and a strong mechanical aptitude.
