We're looking for a Construction Project Coordinator in Johnston, RI, to take command of the behind-the-scenes operations that make our fieldwork possible. In this fast-paced role, you'll be the key link between operations, engineering, vendors, and field crews - keeping schedules tight, logistics running smoothly, and documentation aligned from bid to build.

What You'll Do



  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities across operations, engineering, and field teams
  • Oversee logistics for equipment, materials, subcontractors, and training needs
  • Manage project timelines and scheduling updates for internal teams and clients
  • Assist with contract reviews and ensure compliance with project specifications
  • Support bid preparation by estimating labor, tools, and equipment requirements
  • Maintain accurate project records, reports, and job costing data in project management systems
  • Recommend process improvements and collaborate on solutions to keep projects on track


What We Need



  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2+ years of project coordination experience in construction, utility, oil, gas, or related industries
  • Strong multitasking ability - able to juggle multiple projects without missing a beat
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), scheduling tools, and database management
  • JD Edwards experience a plus
  • Flexibility to travel as needed
