Description Management/Leadership Req #: 43074 Summary: The Manager is responsible for the supervision and management of team member(s), initiatives/projects, operations, budgets, and vendors within the Marketing, Brand Operations, and Patient Engagement functions. The role supports collaboration within the team, and across cross-functional teams. The Manager is responsible for: Planning and management of projects and initiatives that deliver the MaineHealth brand in various mediums (visual, virtual, verbal), such as advertising, podcasts, live/recorded video/broadcasts, learning management system courses, in-person/live/hybrid events, & collateral. Implementation and measurement of various aspects of integrated marketing strategies to achieve the business goals for the system's care delivery model via hospitals, practices, and community health across the patient lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, retention, loyalty)implementation of initiatives that drive patient acquisition, converting patients (appointments), patient engagement, and building loyalty use of owned and paid media channels and tactics to reach defined audience, and partners with team members to leverage earned media performing quality control throughout all phases of a project to maintain the standards expected keeping projects aligned with goals facilitating project meetings throughout the project lifecycle: kickoffs, working sessions, leads brainstorming sessions troubleshooting issues and analyzing work product to ensure the project deliverables meet objectives, scope and timeline assessing incoming requests to ensure alignment with objectives and manages project timelines and deliverables contributing to effective resource allocation, regularly reviews workflow to improve efficiencies Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Education: Required: Bachelors or equivalent experience. Preferred: Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- License/Certifications: N/A
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years' experience managing marketing/brand/patient engagement initiatives, people, resources, budgets, and workflows. 5+ years related experience
- Knowledge of design software such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator and other related programs essential (preferred, not required)
- Proficiency with Zoom and Microsoft Teams
