| Essential Functions |
- Assist with recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for student and TES new hires
- Support the coordination of new hire orientations and trainings.
- Provide front-line customer service to employees and visitors by answering questions or directing them to appropriate HR staff.
- Help track and update employee data in HR systems and spreadsheets.
- Assist with internal communications.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
- Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related matters.

| Minimum Qualifications |
- Must be a current Auburn University student enrolled in the College of Business with a focus in Human Resources Management or a related field.
Expectations:
- Must demonstrate a strong understanding of and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must have strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with staff, student-athletes, and external stakeholders.
