What this job involves:The Quality and Compliance Lead develops and implements comprehensive quality assurance and compliance programs for JLL's integrated facilities management service delivery to Stripe. This role establishes standards, conducts audits, and ensures adherence to regulatory requirements across all service lines and regions. The position serves as the guardian of service excellence, ensuring consistent quality while mitigating compliance risks throughout the global portfolio.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Develop and implement quality management frameworks and compliance programs for global service delivery
  • Establish quality standards, performance metrics, and compliance requirements for all service lines
  • Design and conduct regular quality audits and compliance reviews across regional operations
  • Lead the development and implementation of standard operating procedures that ensure consistent service delivery
  • Monitor adherence to contractual requirements, service level agreements, and regulatory obligations
  • Create and maintain quality and compliance documentation including manuals, procedures, and training materials
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies related to service quality and compliance
  • Coordinate root cause analysis for quality issues and oversee corrective action implementation
  • Develop and deliver quality and compliance training programs for service delivery teams
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service quality and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with regional teams to ensure global standards are adapted to local requirements
  • Prepare quality and compliance reports for leadership and client stakeholders
  • Stay current on regulatory changes and industry best practices affecting facilities management
  • Support internal and external audits and certification processes
  • Partner with EHS teams to ensure alignment of safety and quality programs
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in quality management, compliance, or operational excellence
  • Professional certification in quality management (ASQ, ISO, or equivalent)
  • Experience developing and implementing quality management systems and compliance programs
  • Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to facilities management and workplace services
  • Strong understanding of audit methodologies and compliance assessment techniques
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
  • Strong communication and training abilities with experience in knowledge transfer
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders
  • Background in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
  • Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in related field
  • G-Suite proficiency is preferred
  • Multiple professional certifications in quality management and compliance
  • Experience in facilities management, corporate real estate, or professional services industries
  • Background implementing global quality programs across multiple regions
  • Knowledge of ISO standards relevant to facility management (ISO 41001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
  • Experience with quality management and compliance tracking systems
  • Background in change management and organizational transformation
  • Experience with client-facing quality assurance in service delivery environments
  • Knowledge of environmental and workplace safety regulations across different regions
  • Experience developing key performance indicators and quality measurement systems

Working Environment

This remote position requires collaboration with teams across multiple global regions and time zones. The role involves regular virtual meetings with regional teams, leadership, and client stakeholders. Significant travel (approximately 30-40%) is required for site assessments, audit activities, and in-person training sessions across Stripe's global portfolio. The Quality and Compliance Lead works in a dynamic environment requiring adaptability to different regional contexts while maintaining consistent global standards. The position offers opportunities for significant strategic impact on service delivery excellence across the entire account.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

104,160.00 - 130,200.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
