As a Facilities Coordinator at JLL, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional facilities management services that ensure client properties operate efficiently and effectively. Working closely with the Facilities Manager, you'll support maintenance operations, develop client relationships, coordinate vendor services, and assist with financial reporting. This position offers the opportunity to develop a diverse skill set spanning technical facility operations, customer service excellence, and business administration while contributing to JLL's commitment to creating value for our clients through superior real estate services.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Collaborate with the Facility Manager to coordinate maintenance and repair services, ensuring prompt resolution of facility issues
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with property occupants and client representatives, supporting high customer satisfaction levels
  • Process and track work orders for in-house staff and vendors, monitoring completion status and ensuring timely service delivery
  • Participate in 24/7 emergency call support rotation and attend site when required for urgent situations
  • Assist in gathering data for operating budgets, preparing variance reports, and supporting financial oversight
  • Support the implementation of short and long-term projects for clients, helping meet key performance indicators
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers on scheduling, contract administration, and service verification.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of industry experience in corporate facilities, third-party service provider, or as a consultant
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to build professional relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong organizational abilities with proven capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical) and facility operations
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office applications
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Availability for 24/7 emergency call support and on-site attendance when required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with facilities management software or work order management systems
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
  • Background in administrative support for budget preparation and financial reporting
  • Experience working with service contractors and vendor coordination
  • Understanding of sustainability practices in facility operations
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs
  • Experience supporting capital improvement projects

Estimated total compensation for this position:

64,400.00 - 93,400.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
