Opportunity at a Glance The Senior Sales Contracts Analyst plays a critical role in driving operational excellence and legal compliance within the Workforce Solutions Sales Operations function. This role ensures sales contracts are reviewed, executed, and maintained with a high level of accuracy and compliance, serving as a key liaison between sales, legal, and partner success teams. This position helps reduce risk, increase deal velocity, and support revenue growth by streamlining the contract lifecycle, managing tuition benefit structures, conducting contract audits and implementing policy frameworks around discounting and partner agreements. This role will also manage onboarding new partnerships and internal announcements related to new agreements.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 3+ years contract analysis or contract administration required
- 3+ yearsworking closely with sales teams in a similar role required
- 2+ years experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) to manage contracts and approval workflows required
- 2+ years proven track record in reviewing, negotiating, or redlining legal agreements required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex documentation
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., FERPA, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Additional Information
In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $105,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
