The Parking Attendant/Valet Supervisor will coordinate and maintain oversite of daily parking operations and collaborate with the Parking Administrator to ensure all requirements are maintained.
Education
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
Experience
- Two years of parking attendant & valet experience
Skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Basic math skills, as required to balance cash receipts
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to drive manual transmission (stick)
- Knowledge of record-keeping procedures and practices
- Knowledge of personnel policies and procedures
Licensures, Certifications
- Valid Driver's license which must be maintained throughout employment
- CPR Certification within 90 days of employment that must be maintained throughout employment
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods standing, sitting, and walking
- Occasionally lift or carry up to 25 pounds
Working Conditions
- Work is performed inside attendant booth in various environments including adverse outdoor conditions such as cold, rain or heat.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: *Facilitates smooth and efficient operation of the assigned parking garage, lot, or facility
- Prepares daily reports and logs, documenting shift operations and any problems or complaints
- Courteously handles customer inquiries, complaints, and problems
- Ensures that ticketing machines are loaded and operational
- Visually inspects all areas of the garage for safety and maintenance concerns
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Pay Range $16.85 - $25.59
Final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications, education, experience and alignment with our organizational needs.
