This leadership position will be responsible for evolving their [business/vertical/venture/etc.] product strategy, management, innovation, development, market positioning, financial performance, and on-going client servicing. Additionally, this leader will directly manage the P&L performance of the [business/vertical/venture/etc.] by ensuring the right product margins, acquisition economics, credit performance, and pricing. They will produce returns/results for their business and be focused on current and future client prospecting. This position works closely with partners in marketing, finance, information technology, sales and other organizations across the enterprise.

While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Sets business vision, strategy and management
• Drives execution of business strategy through product, sales, program management, and client care teams
• Manages financial performance and profitability of the business
• Cultivates returns quickly while continuing to build out the business / focused on speed-to-market
• Effectively collaborates with key partners and stakeholders to grow business
• Ensures products and services comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing product development and strategic decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and provide an elite customer experience

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

May be responsible for providing employees timely, candid and constructive performance feedback; developing employees to their fullest potential and provide challenging opportunities that enhance employee career growth; developing the appropriate talent pool to ensure adequate bench strength and succession planning; recognizing and rewarding employees for accomplishments.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

• Undergraduate degree in business or finance required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years' experience in sales, payments, product management, business leadership, and/or product development
• Broad knowledge of key industry trends, solutions, and disruptors in your respective market/industry
• Established knowledge/relationships/customer base in industry/segment
• Innovative thinker that can drive change through the organization
• Demonstrated ability to bring successful products and innovations to market
• Attracts diverse talent in skills, perspectives, and styles to the organization
• Excellent executive communication, influence, negotiation and presentation skills
• Facilitates effective communication, constructive conflict and free exchange of ideas
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal skills as individual interfaces with all levels of management.
• Strong analytical, financial and strategic skills.
