Location: This is an hybrid work opportunity at either our Headquarters in Chandler, AZ. The opportunity may also be extended to our Hanover Park, IL or our Fort Worth, TX office locations.

Salary: 114,600 - 140,000

About the role

The Developer works with the Quality and Continuous Improvement organization in support of the overall Insight QMS with responsibility for the Intellect eQMS and related environments within the Insight ecosystem. They prepare specifications and user requirements to meet business needs, Develop, test, debug, and document programs for specific project(s). They may also assist other developers on projects.You will get to:

• Development and implementation of project architecture, standards and processes, under the direction of Lead and Manager and in partnership with the business owner
• Research, identify and document technical requirements
• Implementation of project design, standards and processes
• Development and documentation of the high-level technical design
• Identifies project tasks and defines task definitions
• Develop technical project schedules, plans, task assignments and time estimates
• Attend department and cross department team, technical, and other meetings
• Provide manager and team with full communication of project progress
• Take an active role in development of design
• Work with Lead and Manager to develop time estimates for project tasks
• Develops code in keeping with established processes and standards
• Debugs and unit tests modules before deployment to QA environment
• Assists deployment staff by providing necessary documentation
• Creates and maintains project documentation, in accordance with established standards
• Designs and builds applications or models and structures data with languages as outlined
• May develop programs for data extraction, transformation, integration, and loading

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; plus four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with a revision control system.
• Experience with Intellect eQMS a plus.
• The ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business/ professional journals, technical procedures, or regulations is necessary.
• Strong self-management and collaboration capability skills.
• The ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, other employees is a plus.
• Have or pursue knowledge of SAP and other key systems, as this is integral to the overall business flow at Insight.
• Strong creative problem-solving ability.
• Ability to multi-task, establish priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with comfort and ease to work with all teammates across all departments at any levels (C-Suite to IC).
• Ability and desire to thrive in a fast-paced, client-services environment.

Experience in one or more of the following languages:

C++, C, Java, Python, SQL

Javascript / Typescript

Experience with eQMS a plus. Intellect platform / suite of applications even better!

Experienced with tools / languages for application design and development in low/no code platforms.

Experience with Tools/languages/middleware, etc to support Integration/collaboration/comms with key platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, MS Outlook, Fresh desk, PowerBI, databricks, MSTeams, fresh desk, ServiceNow, etc.
