Add to Favorite Jobs Email this Job Department: Kellogg Dispute Res Ctr DRRC The Management and Organizations (MORS) Department of the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University invites applications for a Postdoctoral Fellow position within the Dispute Resolution Research Center (DRRC). The primary criterion for acceptance is research excellence relevant to conflict or cooperation, broadly defined. The position is slated to start in September of 2026 and last for approximately three years. Salary is competitive, and the position will have access to research funding, including for independent projects. Applicants must have completed a PhD in a social science discipline (e.g., organizational behavior, sociology, psychology, economics) or in a related discipline that can inform the social sciences prior to the beginning of the fellowship. The Fellow will conduct original research with one or more faculty members in the MORS department, and applicants are encouraged to identify one or more faculty members with whom they would be interested in collaborating. The Fellow is expected to become actively involved in the MORS and DRRC intellectual communities by regularly participating in colloquia, workshops, and research seminars. You will also be asked to provide the name and contact information for 2-3 people who will submit recommendation letters on your behalf Salary range: $73,000-$75,000 Northwestern University has provided a pay range representing its good faith estimate of what the university reasonably expects to pay for the position. The pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate including years since terminal degree, training, and field or discipline; departmental budget availability; internal comparators; and external market pay for comparable jobs.
