Job Summary The Promotional Sales Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for promotional distributors within Benchmade Knife Co.'s Corporate Gift Sales Channel. The Account Manager plays a key role in representing Benchmade's premier corporate gifting portfolio, ensuring distributor partners are equipped to offer high-quality knives as impactful branded gifts across a range of industries. This role is responsible for initiating, growing, and maintaining strong relationships with Promotional Product Distributors, while managing the full sales cycle, including lead follow-up, generating quotes and proofs, entering orders, and providing phone support to the channel. Additional responsibilities include supporting account setup, onboarding, program and product training, and ongoing account management. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities, contributing to forecasting efforts, executing marketing campaigns and working proactively to deliver a seamless and positive customer experience. This position also includes preparing for and managing promotional trade shows and other sales events. Communication is primarily conducted via phone and email, with occasional travel required.
