Summary: Develop and lead initiatives focused on the research, application, and publication of data related to quality and performance improvement for the transplant department.
Responsibilities:
- Transplant Data-Oversees data collection from new referrals for stem cell transplant and cellular therapy recipients, both adult and pediatrics, through the entire life cycle to complete forms for CIBMTR. Works well with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accuracy of data collected and analyzed. Organizes and maintains data tracking with CIBMTR and regulatory and governing bodies.
