Schedule: Monday through Friday Mid-day shift

Position Description (includes but not limited to)

  • Responsible for providing onboard training for newly hired associates to meet McKesson compliant programs.
  • Responsible for providing training to newly hired associates as related to all processes or systems regarding the department where the newly hired associate will be assigned.
  • Responsible for training current associates in any identified areas of improvement needed to increase LMS productivity and/or accuracy opportunities.
  • Will be required to prepare and maintain documented training records.
  • Will be required to maintain electronic training records within the training software.
  • Will be required to provide classroom instruction as well as practical instruction.
  • The applicant will be required to develop an understanding of all departments.
  • Must be willing to adjust work time based on the need for the training situation.

Minimum Requirements: Typically requires 3+ years of related experience

  • Internal applicants should not be under a current Performance Improvement Plan. All previous disciplinary actions will be reviewed.
  • Will be required to obtain an operator's license for Powered Industrial Equipment within 6 months of joining the training team. Failure to obtain PIT operators criteria will lead to removal from the training team.

  • Must have flexibility with schedule to include first, second and third shift schedule times.
  • Must be willing to learn new processes and obtain any needed training classes that would ensure future success of the entire training program and the success of the training position.
  • Basic reading, writing, addition, and subtraction skills.
