Position Details:

• Part-Time, Full-Time or PRN Schedules available. Part-Time hours are Wednesday nights and an additional night TBD from 6:00pm-6:00am. Full-Time hours are Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday nights from 6:00pm-6:00am. PRN hours are a minimum of two shifts per month and some weekends.

Your goals and objectives include:

• Responsible for facilitating direct admissions from Medical Hospitals.
• Perform initial exam of patient, nursing assessment, treatment plan activities for all in-coming and potential patients.
• Consulting with potential patients, patient families, medical staff and other hospital staff, and
• Counseling patients and patient families with regard to current assessments, recommended referrals and recommended required levels of care.

Your Qualifications and Requirements will include:

• Master's degree in social work or mental health counseling OR a BS Nursing (BSN) REQUIRED
• Unrestricted and valid Utah license REQUIRED
• Minimum 2 years' of post-graduate related experience in psychiatric or substance abuse treatment required.
• Experience in settings that include inpatient or partial hospitalization preferred
• Familiarity with managed health care process, medical terminology, experience in case management, discharge planning, and/or utilization review preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older and able to pass thorough background check and drug screen
