Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Remote USA - Eastern Time working hours REQUIRED

ROLE SUMMARY:
As the Lead Generation Specialist for Quanterix, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and qualifying leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate will be a hunter at heart, passionate about seeking out new business opportunities and turning them into qualified leads for the sales team.

The Lead Generation Specialist will work closely with the Director, Commercial Operations and other members of the sales and marketing team to develop and execute lead generation campaigns that generate a high volume of qualified leads. You will be responsible for managing multiple lead generation campaigns at once, ensuring that they are executed on time and within budget.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:



  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel, using a high-touch approach and a combination of email, phone calls, and other communication channels.
  • Identify and research potential leads through various channels, including email campaigns, social media, and online research.
  • Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to generate a high volume of qualified leads, while being accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Create and share ideal customer profiles with other team members and marketing partners
  • Craft compelling sales emails that resonate with potential customers, demonstrating experience in developing and iterating effective email communication.
  • Utilize Salesforce to diligently track and manage leads, ensuring proper vetting and qualification prior to handoff to the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth handoffs and timely follow-ups on all leads.
  • Analyze lead generation campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements.
  • Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to ensure that all lead generation campaigns are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

*Bachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

*3+ years of experience in lead generation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
*Experience writing content for successful lead generation campaigns in a scientific environment

*Experience in a B2B environment.

*Experience using Salesforce or other CRM software.

*Strong understanding of the science and applications Quanterix serves.

*Experience in the life sciences industry.

*Experience utilizing Qualified Platforms

*Strong technical understanding of the Quanterix technologies and able to translate that into strong, successful campaigns.

*Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and proactively make recommendations for future improvements.

*Ability to manage multiple projects at once, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

*Self-starter with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
*Work standard East Coast office hours
