The Sales Operations and Pricing Manager focuses onoptimizing sales processes, managing pricing strategies, and providing data-driven insights to improve sales performance.This role involves analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and making recommendations for process improvements and pricing adjustments.



Responsibilities:

Data Analysis:



  • Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.


Proposal Pricing:



  • Develop and implement pricing strategies on a deal by deal and opportunity basis, including competitor analysis, cost analysis, and market pricing research.


Process Optimization:



  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness.


CRM Management:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date data withintheCRM system.

Contracts management:



  • Oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle, liaise with legal and sales to streamline the contract review and approval process. Ensure compliance with internal policies and flag contract risks for review.


Reporting and Analytics:



  • Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and other analytical tools to track sales performance.


Collaboration:



  • Work with sales teams, marketing, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.


Sales Forecasting:



  • Provide sales forecasting to estimate future revenue and support sales planning.


Sales OperationsSupport:



  • Provide support to the sales team on a variety of tasks, including quota management, territory assignments, and sales tools.



Qualifications:

Required WorkExperience:



  • Five or more years in Sales, sales support and/or contract management positions.


Preferred Work Experience:



  • Demonstrated tenure working in sales, sales operations and contract management.


Physical and Mental Requirements:



  • Sitting for long periods of time in front of a computer.


Technical /Job Specific Knowledge:



  • Sales Knowledge:Understanding of sales processes, customer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Software Proficiency:Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel,Power BI,and other data analysis tools.
  • Teamwork:Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), CLM systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign), and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
  • Strong understanding of contract structures and basic legal terms


Skills:



  • Analytical Skills:Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw conclusions.
  • Data Management:Proficiency in using CRM systems and other data management tools.
  • Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate insights and recommendations.
  • Problem-Solving Skills:Ability to identify and solve problems related to sales processes and pricing strategies.
